Duties Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage warmly with customers, taking orders efficiently while providing excellent service that exceeds expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and seating areas Follow all safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests Restock supplies as needed to keep the café fully equipped for busy periods Operate cash registers or POS systems accurately, handling transactions swiftly and responsibly Collaborate with team members to create a lively, energetic atmosphere that promotes teamwork and guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or food/beverage environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
