Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit Operate POS systems , Toast POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for change and totals Prepare and serve high-quality beverages as a skilled barista, following food safety and food preparation standards Assist with food handling and food service duties, including light food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area Manage sales transactions while promoting products and upselling items to enhance customer experience Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices at all times Support team members during busy periods by multitasking effectively with time management skills Engage with customers to answer questions about menu items or products confidently and professionally Requirements Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in serving or retail environments is advantageous; previous cashiering experience is beneficial Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently when needed Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings as required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering excellent service while honing your skills in the food industry.
