Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Handle cash transactions confidently, processing payments and giving correct change while maintaining accuracy in cash handling. Provide friendly and attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and offering product recommendations. Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning equipment, counters, and seating areas in accordance with food safety standards. Assist with food handling and food preparation tasks when necessary to support overall café operations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety. Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is highly preferred, especially barista experience. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
