We're looking for a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic barista who loves coffee, tea, and creating genuine connections with people. This role goes beyond making drinks — it's about making each guest feel welcome, valued, and eager to return. You'll craft exceptional beverages, maintain a clean and inviting café, and bring positive energy to every shift. Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and espresso beverages following Bondadoso recipes and standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, work area, and seating space. Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and create a memorable experience for every guest. Assist with light food preparation while following all food safety and handling guidelines. Share knowledge about our rotating coffee roasters, tea selections, and seasonal menu items in a way that feels approachable and genuine. Support inventory management by tracking supplies, restocking, and communicating low-stock items to the manager. Handle cash and retail transactions accurately and responsibly. Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to balance speed, quality, and hospitality. Experience & Qualifications Previous coffee experience is required, food service experience preferred, but not required. Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus. Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage warmly with guests from all backgrounds. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented. Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions. A passion for coffee and tea, and curiosity to learn about brewing methods, origin stories, and flavor profiles. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs. Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
