What You'll Do As a barista at Native Fields LLC, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding coffee and specialty drinks to our guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing high-quality espresso drinks quickly and consistently, even during busy service. Dialing in espresso and maintaining drink consistency with strong attention to presentation and quality. Showcasing your latte art skills (preferred) to enhance the guest experience. Developing creative seasonal coffee and specialty drink recipes. Multitasking between drink preparation, taking orders, restocking, and cleaning. Keeping the barista station clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Following recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency. Collaborating with our Front of House (FOH) and kitchen teams to create a seamless workflow. Engaging with guests in a friendly, outgoing manner to make them feel welcome. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: At least 3 years of barista experience with strong espresso and coffee knowledge. Comfortable dialing in espresso and maintaining consistent quality. Creative mindset and a passion for developing unique coffee and drink offerings. Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. Must have reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability.
