Job Description
Job Summary Join our café team as a Barista! We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking team member who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll prepare coffee and specialty drinks, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café. Requirements Must be available for early morning shifts Ability to work independently Ability to work efficiently under pressure Reliable and punctual Strong customer service and communication skills Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages Greet customers, take orders accurately, and provide friendly customer service Operate the POS system and handle payments Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations and seating areas Follow food safety and proper food-handling procedures Work efficiently during busy periods and manage multiple tasks Restocking supplies as needed
