Shift Lead Barista The Bean Pedaler -

Canon City, CO Pay:

$16.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips.

Hours:

25-40 hours per week About the Position The Bean Pedaler is seeking an experienced Shift Lead Barista to help lead our café team while delivering exceptional coffee and customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working alongside others, setting a positive example, and creating an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities Lead daily shifts with professionalism and positivity. Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and specialty drinks. Support, coach, and help train baristas. Assist with scheduling and shift coverage. Monitor coffee and café inventory. Help maintain beverage quality and consistency. Contribute ideas for seasonal drinks and menu offerings. Open and close the café independently. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally. Qualifications Minimum one year of verifiable barista experience required. Available to work 25-40 hours per week , including mornings and weekends. Strong customer service and communication skills. Reliable, dependable, and organized. Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not required. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Leads by example.
