Job Summary Building Three Coffee is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Café Operations Associate to support daily café activities and provide a welcoming experience for guests. The ideal candidate will assist with beverage and food service, customer interactions, inventory, cleanliness, and general café operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Support daily café operations and front-of-house activities. Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service. Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café food items according to established procedures. Process customer orders and operate the POS system accurately. Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service and dining areas. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management. Receive, organize, label, and properly store café supplies and ingredients. Assist with food and beverage preparation during busy service periods. Handle customer questions, requests, and routine service concerns professionally. Maintain accurate cash-handling and transaction procedures. Follow food-safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and daily café procedures. Work closely with team members to maintain efficient service and a positive guest experience. Qualifications Previous café, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic POS and cash-handling experience is helpful. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to learn beverage preparation and café procedures quickly. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine service tasks. Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
