Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated team member to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, preparing food, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while ensuring that all food safety and handling standards are met. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, including processing transactions and managing cash. Prepare food Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their experience. Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere, fostering repeat business through exceptional service. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills, including retail math for accurate transaction processing. Experience with POS systems; familiarity with Aloha POS is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
