Responsibilities Safely operate wheelchair accessible vans and other vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Assist passengers with boarding, securing wheelchairs, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly, professional attitude and addressing passenger needs promptly. Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues to ensure vehicle safety and reliability. Manage schedules efficiently by picking up and dropping off passengers at designated locations on time. Communicate clearly with dispatchers, passengers, and team members to coordinate routes and address any concerns during transit. Lift heavy mobility equipment or assist passengers requiring additional support, demonstrating physical strength and safety awareness. Experience Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Ability to pass background check. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Customer-service focused attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse passengers and team members. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance routines to ensure safety standards are consistently met.

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
