At Coco's, our baristas are more than drink makers. They help create the experience through hospitality, quality, and care. This role focuses on guest connection, efficient service, and maintaining the rhythm of the café. Responsibilities Prepare coffee, matcha, tea, and specialty drinks to Coco's standards Deliver warm, welcoming guest experiences Support food prep, cleaning, dishes, and restocking Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café Work efficiently during busy periods while balancing speed and accuracy Support team flow and step into needs proactively Assist with opening and closing duties Success in this role looks like: Owning your station, moving with intention, supporting the team, and creating a space guests want to return to.
