The Opportunity This is a unique chance to join a young, energetic company on the ground floor. As our Head Barista / Mobile Coffee Specialist , you'll help shape the direction of our coffee program, represent the Explor brand at events, and partner with us in our mobile operations. Responsibilities Prepare consistently excellent espresso and brewed coffee using Explor Coffee's rotating selection of beans. Set up, operate, and maintain our mobile coffee cart/truck with minimal supervision. Lead coffee service at pop-ups, farmers markets, private events, and festivals. Handle event booking inquiries — from scheduling and setup logistics to customer communication. Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and equipment care. Train and guide new team members as the business grows. Act as brand ambassador — sharing the Explor story and passion for craft coffee with every customer. What We're Looking For Experience working on a coffee truck or mobile coffee cart — must be comfortable handling solo operations. Strong understanding of coffee preparation and flavor profiles , with the ability to dial in espresso and brewing methods for optimal taste. Confident in event coordination or booking management . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic about growing into a Head Barista leadership role.
