Job Description
Lost Coffee has been family-owned since 2010. We roast in small batches, and buy from producers we know by name. Six neighborhood cafes and no corporate playbook. We're hiring part-time baristas across all six locations: Castle Rock, Aurora, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Backcountry (Highlands Ranch), and Arvada. Tell us which store works for you when you apply.
SCHEDULEPart-time, 20 to 30 hours per week.
Lost Coffee is an equal opportunity employer.
WHAT YOU'D DO
- Create beautiful espresso beverages you're proud to serve.
- Learn lots about coffee
- Run the bar clean: dialing in, calibrating equipment
- Take care of regulars, and make first-timers want to become regulars
- Handle the unglamorous half: restocking, dishes, opening and closing checklists
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You like coffee. Not "willing to learn about coffee." You actually like it
- Reliable. A small team feels every no-show
- Steady when there's a line eight deep and the milk fridge is empty
- Available for a mix of weekday mornings and weekends. Early starts are part of the job
- We're looking for people who want to stay with us a year or more. Training a barista well takes months, and we'd rather invest in someone planning to be here
- No experience required and some of our best hires started with zero coffee shop experience.
SCHEDULEPart-time, 20 to 30 hours per week.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Paid sick leave
- Free shift drinks, plus a staff discount on beans, gear, and merch
- Real training on espresso, brewing, and origin
- A team small enough that your manager knows your name and your schedule preferencesHOW TO APPLYHit Apply on this posting, and let us know which cafe location you'd prefer.
