Job Overview Join our morning team as a enthusiastic Bartender, Barista, and Host, where you'll plan an essential role in providing our guests an outstanding experience. In this multifaceted role, you will craft exceptional beverages, serve with enthusiasm, and create memorable experiences for every guest. Your energy and hospitality will set the tone for a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests feel valued and eager to return. Whether mixing innovative cocktails, pouring fine wines, or greeting patrons at the door, your proactive approach will drive our success and elevate our service standards. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and specialty coffee drinks with precision and flair. Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit. Manage POS system to process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations; handle food and beverages responsibly. Assist in bar management duties including inventory control, stock replenishment, and ensuring the bar area is organized and inviting. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nightclubs or banquet events when needed. Uphold hospitality industry best practices by demonstrating excellent time management, multitasking skills, and professionalism at all times. Experience Proven experience in food service roles such as bartending, serving, or hosting within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Prior fine dining experience or working in upscale venues is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems is preferred; experience processing cash transactions is essential. Knowledge of beverage recipe development, mixology techniques, spirits, wine types, craft beer varieties, and cocktail creation. Experience in food handling, safety protocols, and catering or banquet service is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. Basic math skills for retail math calculations including cash handling and inventory management.
Pay:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
