Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at a vibrant resort setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests at the pool area. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive approach to guest engagement, and the ability to manage various events and activities. Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and compliance with all safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Assist in organizing and managing poolside events and activities for guests. Handle cash transactions accurately for any food or beverage services offered at the pool. Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including lounges, umbrellas, and surrounding spaces. Enforce pool rules and regulations while managing any conflicts that may arise among guests. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences, including food service and entertainment options. Engage with children and families to create a welcoming atmosphere for all ages. Experience Previous experience in customer service or guest services is highly desirable. Background in hospitality or resort operations is a plus. Lifeguard experience is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided. Familiarity with event management and public speaking will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Experience working with children is beneficial for engaging younger guests effectively. Cash handling experience is important for managing transactions at the poolside. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
