Bruin is now hiring a part time barista. Starting pay is $16/hr (DOE) plus tips (tips range from $8-$10/ hr on top of hourly wage) . SATURDAY and SUNDAY availability required. Duties Include:

Making coffee drinks to order heating up and packaging food to order daily cleaning tasks Cash handling Customer Service and order taking. Must be willing to openly converse with customers on a regular basis. As a Part-time Barista at Bruin, you are responsible for delivering fast, genuine service while preparing high-quality coffee and fresh, scratch-made food. Reporting to the General Manager, you will operate the Toast POS accurately, craft beverages using our cold-extracted espresso and house-made syrups, and assemble food with care and consistency. You help maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold food safety standards at all times. Success in this role means moving with purpose, staying detail-focused during busy rushes, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Strong time management, clear communication, and confident cash handling ensure smooth service and efficient order flow. Prior cash handling experience Food handlers card (can be attained once hired) Saturday and weekday availability is required. Do not apply if this isn't an option for you.
