In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, and preparing a variety of beverages. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a courteous manner. Operate cash registers, process payments accurately, and handle cash or card transactions. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station and beverage preparation areas. Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during food and beverage preparation. Manage customer inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience as a cashier or barista is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed. A positive attitude and strong work ethic committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Pay:
