Bella Macaron - woman owned and operated, focused on high-quality customer service, hospitality and serving delicious gluten-free, handcrafted pastries to our community We're looking to grow our Bella Team with a friendly, hard-working, and upbeat teammate who loves a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you thrive on good vibes, good coffee, and great company, we want to meet you! We are looking for someone who is available afternoons (1-6:30pm) and both Saturday AND Sunday.

What You'll Do:

Make and serve coffee + espresso drinks (bonus if you've got barista skills!) Assist with bakery production, wrapping, and packing products Help keep the shop stocked, clean, and running smoothly Interact with customers, spread joy, and solve small hiccups with a smile Open and/or close the shop (sometimes solo) Collaborate with our team to keep the energy high and the pastries perfect

Weekdays:

1:00 PM - 6:30 PM (store closes at 6 PM) Weekends required — Saturdays 8-6, Sundays 8-3 If you're ready to join a team that works hard, makes a difference, and makes coming to work feel like fun - we'd love to meet you as soon as possible.
