We are hiring for both Part-Time/Full-Time positions. We are a small, friendly team and take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and positive work environment. Our employees are respectful, easy-going, and supportive of one another. We are looking for someone who will fit well with our team and take pride in their work. Previous bubble tea or restaurant experience is strongly preferred. We are looking for someone who can learn our menu and daily operations quickly and work independently with minimal training. Responsibilities Prepare bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, and other beverages according to recipes and store standards Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and efficient customer service Operate the POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions Prepare tea, toppings, ingredients, and supplies for daily operations Keep the drink preparation area, counters, equipment, and store clean and organized Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures Restock ingredients, cups, and other supplies as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality and accuracy Assist with opening and closing duties Work well with other team members and help keep daily operations running smoothly Qualifications Previous bubble tea or restaurant experience is strongly preferred Experience making bubble tea is a plus Hardworking, dependable, and responsible Clean, organized, and takes pride in keeping the workplace sanitary Able to work independently and efficiently Friendly, respectful, and positive attitude Good communication and teamwork skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to help with different tasks when needed Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed What We Offer Part-Time or Full-Time positions available Friendly, respectful, and positive work environment Supportive and easy-going team Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for additional hours for reliable team members If you are experienced, hardworking, clean, reliable, and enjoy working with a friendly team, we would love to hear from you!
