Pay is in CASH. No tax. English and Spanish is preferred but not required. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking team member to join our coffee shop. We serve a variety of drinks, desserts, and freshly made treats, including: Coffee and specialty drinks Crepes Waffles Mini pancakes Rolled ice cream Cakes and desserts Responsibilities As a team member, you will: Greet customers and provide friendly customer service Take customer orders and handle payments Prepare coffee and specialty drinks Make crepes, waffles, mini pancakes, and rolled ice cream Serve cakes and desserts Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality Keep the work area, equipment, counters, and shop clean and organized Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work efficiently during busy periods Help other team members when needed What We're Looking For Friendly and positive attitude Reliable and punctual Able to work well with customers and coworkers Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn how to prepare all menu items Able to keep the workspace clean and organized Previous coffee shop, restaurant, dessert shop, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Training will be provided. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to help create a great experience for every Rose Cafe customer.
