This position is responsible for setting up and maintaining the outlet according to established procedures and standards to ensure superior guest service.What You'll Do:
- Ensure the store remains safe, clean, and fully stocked for our customers and partners
- Confidently operate the point of sale (POS) system, including handling comps and voids with ease
- Create delicious coffee beverages and specialty drinks, and prepare food orders to perfection How You'll Make an
Impact:
- Communicate inventory needs and report maintenance issues to management for smooth operations
- Set up stations and take on opening/closing duties as directed by your supervisor
- Receives, fills and delivers stock orders/requisitions
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in fast food or restaurant service
- Knowledge of POS cash handling preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Thorough knowledge of point-of-sale system and cash handling accuracy
- Complete knowledge of outlet offerings and preparations
- Increased speed in processing guest orders
Training Requirements:
- Outlet-specific standard operating procedures
- Point of sale (POS) system
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to bend and stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
