Job Description
Deviant Craft Coffee & Donuts currently has an opening for energetic, engaging, and courteous Barista to join our team on part time, year-round basis. Pay consists of hourly base pay and tips (average $20-23/hour total).
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers, answer questions, accept orders and payments.
- Prepare coffee and donut orders, help educate our customers on our products as needed.
- Work as part of a fun, high-energy team.
- Clean and restock work and dining areas.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
Requirements:
- Barista and espresso machine handling experience is preferred.
- Saturday and Sunday availability is a MUST.
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- A polite, engaging personality.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
