Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Craft exceptional coffee experiences: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and related products with precision and care.

Connect with guests:

Build rapport with customers, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a memorable experience.

Excel in a fast-paced setting while also demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness during slower periods.

Champion cleanliness and safety:

Requirements Experience:

1+ year of related experience in a customer facing role.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong teamwork skills. Excellent active listening, memorization, and recall abilities. Knowledge of specialty brewing equipment operation preferred. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Roasting knowledge, experience, or interest is also a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Availability:
