Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair. Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing friendly, attentive service. Handle retail sales transactions efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and food preparation procedures. Assist in food service tasks such as serving baked goods, snacks, or light meals while ensuring quality presentation. Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality. Support the team in maintaining a tidy workspace, restocking supplies, and following health regulations related to food safety. Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in food service is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail math accuracy. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
