Position Summary:
Brewista Our mission is to "Inspire a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience." Brewistas are the heart of that mission. They create genuine connections with every guest, deliver handcrafted drinks with care, and provide the personal service that defines the 7 Brew experience. Brewistas interact directly with guests, taking orders face-to-face, confirming accuracy, crafting custom drinks, and hand-delivering drinks with a smile. They move with urgency on the ground, ensure quality in every cup, and bring positive energy to every lane.
Responsibilities:
Can converse directly with customers to confirm and personalize their drink orders, and correctly key those orders into our point-of-sale system. Can collect payments from customers, provide receipts, and correctly count back any change. Can prepare all drinks and premixes to order, ensuring quality and consistency for each customer served. Must always move with urgency and responsiveness, operating on the customer's time to provide prompt service. Stays productive and proactive throughout the entire shift, supporting guest service even during slower periods. Makes personal connections with customers every day through genuine interactions, warm smiles, and open, positive body language. Knows our full menu and drink offerings inside and out; can guide customers, answer questions, and help them identify and order the drink they truly want, offering recommendations when appropriate. Brings their best self to work every day and dresses appropriately for their assigned service position. Is familiar with shift-change duties, checklists, and weekly tasks, and can execute any of them as needed to maintain smooth service. Is always clocked in, present, and ready to serve customers at their assigned position when the shift begins. Treats teammates and customers with respect, kindness, and a service-first mindset. Maintains a safe, sanitary, and organized service environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations. Able to remain standing for extended periods (typically up to 5 hours per shift). Reasonable accommodations will be made as required by law.
Skills and Qualifications:
Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with customers for up to five minutes at a time while taking orders, discussing flavors, or delivering drinks. Can work carefully and quickly with espresso, hot water, coffee, dairy products, and flavored syrups. Can work outside in our service lanes for prolonged periods, regardless of weather conditions. Can lift up to 50 lbs. Can stand comfortably for hours at a time while serving guests. Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder as needed. Can stand, sit, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to stock product and prepare service areas. Can safely walk between and around cars in the drive-thru service lane while interacting with and delivering drinks to customers. Can safely use a utility knife. Works a flexible schedule. Works a minimum of three shifts per week. Follows company procedure for communicating time-off requests. Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary. INDFOH
