The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, creating a welcoming experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. This role involves preparing and serving nutritious shakes, processing transactions, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Responsibilities Prepare and serve protein shakes and other menu items in a timely and professional manner. Process cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including handling retail sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and the service space to ensure food safety standards are upheld. Operate cash register and POS systems efficiently during busy periods. Assist customers with their orders, answer questions about menu options, and promote products to enhance sales. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff. Perform general cleaning duties to keep the store tidy and organized throughout shifts. Contribute to a fun, upbeat environment by engaging positively with team members and customers. Requirements Previous food service experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Experience with cash register operations and POS systems is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Friendly personality with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
