We focus on quality ingredients, attentive service, and creating a space where guests can slow down and enjoy their daily ritual. We are seeking an experienced barista who takes pride in their craft, enjoys working with people, and values consistency, cleanliness, and hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare espresso-based beverages with consistency and attention to detail Brew and serve tea and milk tea according to house recipes Deliver friendly and professional customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational tasks Restock inventory and support team members as needed Qualifications Previous café or barista experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Interest in coffee, tea, and hospitality Flexibility preferred What We're Looking For The ideal candidate enjoys creating memorable guest experiences through thoughtful service and quality beverages. Experience with specialty coffee is appreciated, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to teamwork are equally important.
