Operate systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling.

Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including food prep stations and seating areas.

Financial Accuracy:

Handle cash transactions accurately, including retail math and cashiering responsibilities.

Safety Standards:

Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met.

Inventory:

Assist in restocking supplies and monitoring product levels to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements Experience:

Previous barista experience or background in coffee service preferred; passion for coffee is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is highly desirable.

Efficiency:

Strong time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining quality.

Communication:

Excellent customer service skills with a positive, clear communication style.

Math Skills:

Basic math proficiency for cash handling and order processing.

Knowledge:
