Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards. Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately using POS systems, including Aloha POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas. Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and handling guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or as a Barista is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling regulations is a plus.
