Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with attention to quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Shift4 POS and Square POS accurately for transactions, orders, and payments Greet customers warmly, take their orders efficiently, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with accuracy and adherence to cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and café environment Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks when needed Evaluate and implement engaging outdoor music solutions to pull street traffic for products spanning generations.
