Cultura is hiring front of house team members for both daytime and evening shifts. Our caf operates as counter service during the day and full table service in the evening, so this role combines barista, server, and host responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Prepare espresso-based beverages including cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, and cortadosPrepare smoothies and other non-alcoholic beveragesTake and enter customer orders at the counter (daytime)Provide full table service including greeting, seating, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages (evening)Run food, clear tables, and reset between guestsMaintain cleanliness of the dining room, counter, and beverage station throughout serviceProcess payments accuratelyFollow all food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a caf , restaurant, or barPrior barista experience preferred; willingness to train the right candidateStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentReliable, punctual, and a team playerAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbsFood handler certification preferred
