Our baristas are the face of our brand—friendly, professional, and passionate about great coffee and exceptional service. Overview We're looking for outgoing, reliable baristas who love working with people and thrive in a fast-paced, event-based environment. You'll craft high-quality drinks, set up and break down mobile cart stations, and deliver a memorable customer experience at every event. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based drinks according to recipes Provide warm, friendly customer service with a positive attitude Transport, set up and break down equipment at various event locations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Communicate clearly with clients and event staff Occasionally assist with inventory, restocking, and light prep work Follow food safety and hygiene standards Be punctual, professional, and represent the brand with pride Requirements Previous barista or coffee experience required Must meet at our Boca Raton Headquarters for each shift; baristas will drive the company vehicle to and from events (events range from Palm Beach County to Miami-Dade County) Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, or non-traditional hours based on event schedules Ability to lift 65+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods — our espresso machine is heavy!
