Barista - Teaspoon Brandon About the Role Teaspoon Brandon is looking for a friendly, service-minded Barista to join our team. You'll make boba, tea, and coffee drinks, help guests find something they'll love, and keep our café clean and welcoming. Prior experience as a barista, server, or in another customer-facing food role is a plus, but we provide paid training. What You'll Do Prepare boba, tea, and coffee drinks following our recipes and each guest's preferences Operate espresso machines, grinders, sealers, and other café equipment safely and carefully Keep workstations, equipment, and the dining area clean and organized Take orders, suggest drinks, and answer questions about the menu Process payments on our POS system and follow cash-handling procedures Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Work with teammates to keep things running smoothly during busy rushes What We're Looking For Ability to stay organized and manage several orders at once in a fast-paced setting Clear, friendly communication with guests and coworkers Basic math skills for handling payments and making change Familiarity with food safety practices (preferred, not required) Café or food prep experience (preferred, not required) Schedule Requirement Weekend availability is required: you must be available to work at least one of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday each week Candidates available all three days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) are strongly preferred Benefits Paid training Employee discount
