If you have previous experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress, a passion for delivering exceptional service, and a love for crafting delicious beverages, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of Boba and coffee beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and dining spaces. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions about menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and preparation guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of café operations and experience in food preparation is preferred. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations related to food handling. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
