MONDAY to Sunday 08:00 AM - 9:00 PM (shifts) full-time role with high impact during peak hours Starts $15 +tips Your role within the MOH experience Execute beverages with technical precision and impeccable presentation Master latte art as a visual brand standard (consistency over improvisation) Operate the POS system smoothly: orders, payments, and basic cash handling Deliver fast, warm, and thoughtful customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workflow under pressure Actively contribute to the café's environment and culture

What we expect from you Solid coffee knowledge: extraction, calibration, grinding, and milk texturing Functional level in latte art (we are not training from zero) Basic knowledge of POS systems Ability to execute quickly without compromising quality Clear communication and professional presence Strong sense of punctuality and responsibility MOH CAFÉ Profile We're not just looking for experience… we're looking for judgment.
