Duties Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Handle retail sales transactions with precision, including cash handling, processing payments, and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food prep stations, seating areas, and equipment to uphold food safety standards Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and assisting with product recommendations Ensure proper food handling practices during beverage preparation and food service to meet health regulations Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high-quality standards Requirements Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and processing transactions quickly Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience in retail sales transactions or cashiering roles is a plus Food industry experience including coffee experience or barista training is advantageous Good time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities smoothly Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences through exceptional beverage craftsmanship and outstanding customer care.
