We're Hiring Baristas Circle House Coffee is looking for friendly, energetic, and service-minded Baristas to join our team and help us deliver world-class experiences to guests from all over the world. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to grow, learn, and be part of something exciting. The Barista role is all about creating memorable moments—crafting quality beverages and food items, providing quick and attentive service, and ensuring every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. What You'll Do Greet every guest with a smile, take food and drink orders, answer questions, and personalize the experience by calling guests by name and thanking them for their visit. Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items consistently by following recipe and presentation standards. Maintain a calm and positive attitude during high-volume periods and help keep the store running smoothly. Operate the cash register, handle payments accurately, and follow all Circle House Coffee customer service and cash-handling procedures. Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and visually appealing—including customer display areas. Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to support Circle House Coffee's mission, culture, and values, while following all safety, security, and operational procedures. What You'll Need Strong social skills and a love for meeting new people Ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced, exciting environment Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, policies, and procedures—and ask for help when needed Basic math skills to accurately count money and make change A cooperative, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work well with others
