Full Job Description Now Hiring:

FOH/Barista at Fabio's Milano We're looking for an experienced barista/server to join our small team. Immediate start.

Part-time Pay:

$16/hour

Note:

We are new so business is still ramping up - there will be some slow days and some days when we are fully booked. Flexibility and a team player mindset are important as we grow!

What You'll Do:

Provide warm, attentive service to guests Take orders and serve food and beverages using our POS system Prepare and serve Italian coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, etc.) Serve beer, wine, and wine-based cocktails Help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room Contribute to the authentic Italian atmosphere we're building

What We're Looking For:

Barista experience — someone who can hit the ground running Familiarity with Italian cuisine is a big plus Italian fluency strongly preferred (part of our authentic atmosphere) Must be able to use commercial espresso machines and make traditional coffee drinks. Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible
