Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS system square to process orders efficiently and accurately Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with integrity and accuracy Provide friendly, attentive customer service to ensure a memorable café experience Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all food preparation and serving areas Assist with food handling, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation tasks Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service environments with a focus on coffee preparation Familiarity with POS systems for smooth transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling, and proper sanitation procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings Join us if you're passionate about creating delightful coffee experiences!
