Responsibilities daily café operations, ensuring high standards of food safety, food handling, and cleanliness are maintained at all times motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient food and beverage preparation Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, coordinate serving schedules, and maintain smooth workflow during busy periods Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive café experience for all guests Experience Proven barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and café operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards, food preparation, and serving procedures within the food industry Embrace this opportunity to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
