Responsibilities Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including smoothies, juices, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as SquarePOS and Toast POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and offering product recommendations Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change Assist in food handling and beverage preparation to ensure quality and safety standards are met Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards Requirements Previous experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred; café or beverage industry experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS and Toast POS for sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and measuring ingredients Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and food prep efficiently Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours effectively Embark on an energizing journey where your dedication transforms everyday interactions into memorable experiences!
