Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with skill and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling responsibilities with accuracy using proper cashiering procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders clearly, and addressing inquiries promptly. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and throughout the café environment. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without sacrificing quality. Assist with food preparation, serving food items, and restocking supplies to keep the café running smoothly. Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry background is highly preferred. Proven skills in POS operations such as Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Experience in food service or café environments is advantageous. Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
