Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care. Prepare wine cocktails and serve them Handle food preparation tasks, including assembling light snacks or baked goods, following food safety standards. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, ensuring correct transactions and balanced registers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling stations and seating areas. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and upselling menu items. Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Requirements Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge preferred; strong customer service skills are essential. Some wine knowledge Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totaling. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques. Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
