Responsibilities Train the barista team to deliver high-quality coffee, matcha, and smoothies Develop a seasonal drink menu Coffee & Non-Alcoholic Beverage ordering Ensure cleanliness of the bar Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests Qualifications Proven experience as a barista with a strong background in coffee preparation and beverage service Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a café or food service environment is preferred Familiarity with Toast POS system Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with guests A plus if you are bilingual (English / Spanish)
