Full-Time About the Role Maison Orel is looking for a friendly, energetic, and hospitality-focused Barista to join our team in Miami Beach. The ideal candidate has experience preparing quality coffee and espresso beverages, with latte art and specialty coffee skills being a plus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coffee, hospitality, and creating a great guest experience in an upscale restaurant setting. Barista Responsibilities Prepare espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, specialty coffee, and other beverages. Create latte art and maintain consistent beverage quality and presentation. Provide friendly and professional service to guests. Take orders accurately and process payments when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barista station. Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards. Assist with opening and closing duties. Monitor coffee, milk, syrups, and other beverage inventory. Work closely with the restaurant team to provide smooth and efficient service. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy service periods. Qualifications Previous Barista, Coffee Shop, Café, Restaurant, or Hospitality experience preferred. Latte art experience is a plus. Specialty coffee experience is a plus. Knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee-making techniques. Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and team-oriented personality. Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation $11 per hour
