Express Kafeh is building an energetic team of 50 baristas and hospitality professionals for

SIBOS 2026

at the Miami Beach Convention Center . You do not need previous barista experience. We will train you! We want to hear from you if you: Enjoy meeting and serving people Have a passion for hospitality Love coffee—or want to learn more about it Are interested in special events Are dependable, professional, and ready to work Bring positive energy and work well as part of a team This is your opportunity to receive hands-on barista training, learn how to prepare specialty coffee beverages, and work at one of the world's premier international business events.

Mandatory availability:

Monday, September 28 through Thursday, October 1, 2026 Miami Beach Convention Center Training will be provided before the event Applicants must be available and committed to working all four event days . Because our clients and teammates depend on us, reliability and punctuality are essential. Whether you are an experienced barista, a hospitality professional, a college student, or simply someone who loves coffee and wants to learn a new skill—we encourage you to apply. No experience?
