Job Summary:
The Barista has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people. The Barista plays a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities :
Make and serve specialty coffee beverages. Speak and interact with both new and regular customers Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation Follow health and safety guidelines Adhere to recipes and presentations for beverage items Contribute to a positive work environment
Minimum Skills and Requirements :
1+ years in the customer service industry Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service Tidy and self-disciplined Detail oriented and passionate about product quality Reliable transportation Non-slip shoes are mandatory for a safe working environment (please note that company does not provide). Fluent in the English Language. Spanish is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and kneeling throughout the shift Clear vision and hearing to ensure safety, accuracy, and effective communication Ability to climb step stools or ladders as needed Must be able to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled Stay Connected Follow us on social media to stay updated on the latest news, events, and job openings at Seed to
