Job Description
Esplanade by the Islands , located in Naples, FL , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Toasted Cafe Barista! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour, plus tips.Schedule:
Part-time, must have weekend morning availability.Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests in a friendly and timely manner. Take guest food and drink orders in a timely manner. Prepare food and drink orders and ensure that orders are made correctly and consistently. Ensure that food and drink orders are delivered with the appropriate vessel or plate. Ensure you are well versed with menu offerings. Keep your work sections tidy and organized. Work as a team with other team members to ensure overall member satisfaction. Ensure at the end and the beginning of the shift all opening and closing side work is complete to set up the current and next shift for success. Comply with all required state regulations as it pertains to Food and Beverage handling.Additional Duties:
Take care of our guests in a professional and courteous way that allows them to have a positively memorable experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace. Complete opening and closing checklists. Conduct daily walk through of your area / section to ensure the facility is safe and presentable. Operate within the guidelines, policies, standards and constraints as established by Troon. Qualifications Must demonstrate reliable attendance. Must work well independently and as part of team. Must be able to work flexible shifts with a great hospitality-oriented attitude.Required Skills/Abilities:
