Duties Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using our POS system. Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks with precision and care. Prepare rolled Ice Cream and Soft serves Prepare Corn Dogs, Hot Dogs and Wraps Process cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling and register balancing. Maintain cleanliness of the café area by regularly cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and food prep zones in accordance with food safety standards. Assist in food handling and food preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met consistently. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the guest experience. Support retail sales transactions by restocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring the café remains inviting and well-organized. Skills Proven experience in food service or café environments with knowledge of beverage service and drink preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, giving correct change, and managing sales totals efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling procedures, and cleanliness standards. Barista experience or coffee expertise is highly desirable for crafting quality beverages. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail in food prep and service.
