Duties Must be available sometime between the hours of 9am-8pm (part time role) Prepare a variety of beverages including coffee, tea and specialty drinks with precision and flair Operate POS systems Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including food handling, beverage preparation stations, and seating areas Handle retail sales transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and processing cash register operations Follow food safety protocols and food handling standards to ensure quality and hygiene are upheld at all times Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers quickly while maintaining high-quality standards Skills Proven experience as a Barista or in food service with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and beverage service Familiarity with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining a friendly, energetic attitude Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for coffee meets your desire to create joyful moments.
